  Composition : Aceclofenac , Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone

  Description : Troponac-MR is a combination drug that belongs to NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) or painkillers primarily used for pain relief and muscle relaxation. Muscle pain (myalgia) is widespread and generally refers to uncomfortable sensations in the muscles which can be due to illness, injury or excessive exercise. Troponac-MR contains three medicines, namely: Aceclofenac (pain killer), Paracetamol (fever reducer/mild pain reliever) and Chlorzoxazone (muscle relaxant). Aceclofenac and Paracetamol together work by blocking the effect of a natural chemical messenger called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical (prostaglandins). These prostaglandins are produced at sites of damage or injury and cause inflammation and pain. On the other hand, Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that works centrally acting on the spinal cord by depressing reflexes, thereby relieving pain and stiffness caused due to muscle strains and sprains.

  Directions for Use:

  • Take it as advised by your doctor.
  • Preferably take it with a meal to avoid an upset stomach.
  • Swallow it as a whole.
  • Can be taken with or without food as advised by your doctor for the best results.
  • It  should not be taken if you have any serious medical condition, severe kidney or liver disease, are planning to become pregnant .

  Storage:

  • Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
  • Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.

  Side Effects:  Vomiting, Heartburn, Stomach pain.

  Drug Warnings: It should not be taken if you have any serious medical condition, severe kidney or liver disease, are planning to become pregnant or are pregnant.

  Description : Tropopan 40mg belongs to the class of drugs known as Proton pump inhibitors which reduces the amount of acid your stomach makes. It treats gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach ulcer, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (overproduction of acid due to a pancreatic tumour), duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer .Tropopan40mg helps in reducing stomach acid by blocking the actions of an enzyme . This proton pump lies in the cells of the stomach wall responsible for the release of gastric acid secretion damaging tissues in the food pipe, stomach and duodenum. Tropopan40mg prevents the release of stomach acid and relieves symptoms of food pipe lining inflammation (esophagitis) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Tropopan 40mg is safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers but should be taken only after consulting a doctor.   Directions for Use: Swallow it as a whole with water; do not crush, break or chew it. Liquid: Shake the bottle well before use. Take the prescribed dose by mouth using the measuring cup/dosing syringe/dropper provided by the pack. Oral granules (for children): Check the label for directions before use. Mix the granules in apple juice or applesauce and make the child swallow.
